This rotary medical and pharmaceutical sealing machine consists of eight stations.
Designed for heat sealing purposes.
Well-suited for handling fold-over cards and wallet-style packaging designs.
The machine operates in a fully automated manner, featuring automatic card feeding, automatic blister feeding, automatic sealing, and automatic unloading.
There's an optional automatic fold-over function.
The sealing area is generously sized at 18” x 24”, allowing accommodation for a wide range of package dimensions.
Equipped with process controls for validation, including a validation port with direct device connections.
Remote access capabilities include standard Ethernet connectivity, with the option for Wi-Fi.
A USB connection is available for downloading cycle history to a flash drive.
