The FAB4-1012 is an automatic rotary blister machine that heat seals pre-formed blisters to blister cards for retail packaging, with a 250 x 300 mm sealing area. It suits high production volumes. Starview builds it; Ecobliss delivers, installs and supports it across Europe. Starview specifies a cycle speed of 1 to 20 cycles per minute; the actual output depends on the pack and on loading.

Frequently asked questions
Which machine type fits my production volume?
Shuttle machines suit low to medium volumes. Rotary machines with four, six or eight stations suit medium to large volumes. Inline machines with 30 or more stations suit high-volume, continuous production. The capacity level on this page (1 = low, 3 = high) shows where this model sits.
Cold seal or heat seal: which does this machine do?

Can we test our packaging before we invest?
Yes. We offer prototyping and sample production, so you can evaluate your packaging before you commit to a machine. Before delivery, each machine is tested at the Starview factory in Montreal, Canada, with your own packaging materials: you approve a video of the machine producing your packs and receive sealed samples, and you are welcome to attend. The machine ships only after you approve this test. A test at your site after installation can be agreed in advance.
